Mini 3 hour interactive workshops:
Specially for the female context. Many women today juggle multiple roles of career woman and mom/wife. We look at the whole person, and provide practical tools to integrate back into the workplace as well as personal life.

Each workshop will have a pre and post exercise and or assessment.

Assertiveness – Learning to say no and manage your boundaries with work, friends and family.

Managing your energy - Includes aspects of stress management.

Time management essentials.

Visioning workshop - Creating a personal vision and mission statement.

Self Discovery Workshop: Rediscover yourself through unpacking ancient stories and fairytales. Based on the work of Dr. Clarissa Pinkola Estes.

Beauty therapy treats from 30-60 mins: Massage, reflexology, pedicures and manicure to choose from.

Adventure hike: A not too strenuous hike in a beautiful part of the Magaliesburg. A yummy picnic and beautiful views make this an awesome ladies day out!
