The
sequencing of the group dynamic activities is designed to
form an analogy between the participants and the workplace
situation. After each activity a short review session is
held to discuss similarities between lessons learnt and
the workplace environment, and then drawing on those lessons
to complete the next activities and agree on take forward
action plans.
A pre assessment is conducted with the
team either through a focus group discussion or questionnaire,
to get a feel for where the team is at. This will allow
us to create a program for the day. A post assessment
and/or follow up session is held with the team
4-6 weeks after the session, to check in on progress made
and hurdles that are hindering progress.
A written report is also provided.
