Owner Bronwyn Jones
  Bronwyn’s
career started with Corporate Adventures as a client liaison
and facilitator in 2003. She worked with the company for
two years and then moved on to work for a high performance
learning company. There she gained incredibly valuable experience
in scoping, designing, project managing and facilitating
learning solutions in large corporate environments, particularly
in the banking sector. The depth of knowledge and research
she was exposed to made Bronwyn a passionate learning consultant.
Upon beginning her honours degree in Industrial Psychology,
she decided to broaden her view to improving performance
on all levels, from the individual, to teams, to the organisation,
by looking at each holistically in the context of the environment.
When the founding member Chris Vind, offered to sell the
business to Bronwyn in 2008, she jumped at the opportunity.
Bronwyn has developed the Corporate Adventures offering
substantially, whilst still keeping the core adventure activities.
Her academic focus as well as her love of the outdoors (she
is an avid mountaineer and hiker) makes her a perfect fit
to head up the business.

Candice’s passion for people development and her integrity
and willingness to learn have made her a very welcome part

Member Chris Vind
Chris founded the business in 1996, out of a passion for
working with and developing people, as well as the outdoors.
Over the years Chris developed his style of team building
programs that focused on long term results such as team
member moral and valuing the diversity within the workforce.
Trust & communication, time management and planning,
stress, and conflict management were and still form a major
focus in the company’s programs. Chris is a well-respected
leader in the team building community having played a pioneering
role and has been instrumental in setting very high industry
standards. Chris Vind developed a company with a sound history
of delivering service excellence.
Some of Chris’s exciting adventures conducted for
the company include leading an expedition of bankers up
Mt Kenya, a fabulous and successful tale.
