Our project challenges are designed to be achievable
and stand as metaphors for the transfer of the experience
into the workplace. Our courses provide both a stimulating,
physical and mental challenge to delegates with the physical
challenge being well within the capabilities of the average
person (always a much asked question). The project challenges
offer a highly focused and sophisticated experience.
The Overlander Challenge
The
team must get itself across a series of obstacles in order
to take delivery of a vehicle and then to return over the
obstacles with the vehicle. This is not a driving skills
activity, but rather an activity where the team must build
various structures in order to get the vehicle over the
obstacles.
The
Houseboat Challenge
The team is to build a large boat with a roof and dry floor
in order to spend the night or to convert to a vehicle ferry
to reach their evening destination for dinner.
The Great Balloon Challenge
The team must build a miniature hot air balloon, its engine
and launch pad, based on specific building criteria and
lift capabilities. The program imparts sound project management
principles and highlights the critical factor of teamwork.
